🛍️ Impressive Silver Return and Refund Policy

Returns

Returns of any item purchased online can be made within 5 days of delivery.

  • Items can be returned if they are unused or unaltered and must be accompanied by the original packaging.

  • You must email sales@impressivesilver.com within 24 hours of the item’s delivery to start your return.

  • Seasonal Items are not eligible for returns.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Products can also be returned in-store with a receipt and the original packaging.

Preparing Your Return

To return a shipped item to Impressive Silver, please follow these steps:

  1. Indicate the reason for your return by emailing sales@impressivesilver.com.

  2. Pack your return securely, in the original package, and include your invoice.

  3. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  4. Send your tracking number to our email address so that we can know when to expect your package.

Note: Impressive Silver is not responsible for merchandise that's not received or not returned in accordance with these terms.


Refunds

  • An email will be sent to confirm receipt of your package.

  • Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order.

  • All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before we can process a refund.

  • We'll credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges, within three weeks of receiving your return.

  • If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

  • Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

  • All costs of returning items will be incurred by the customer (shipping, taxes, insurance, etc.).

  • Any returns caused by failure or rejection of the customer/recipient to pay duties and custom fees will be subject to deduction of all return and restocking fees.


Exchanges

  • Return the item using the directions above.

  • When requesting the return, note that you would like to exchange the item in the email.

  • Once we receive your return we will send you a coupon for your total refund that you can use towards your next purchase.
